These Terms of Service are intended to comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable laws in Canada. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. General Terms

• Eligibility: By using our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts, or that you are a parent or legal guardian acting on behalf of your child or children.
• Account Creation: Certain services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to update that information if it changes.

• Music Sessions: Tiny Tunes Collective offers music sessions for babies, toddlers, and families, which may include private lessons, drop-in sessions, group classes, and other related services.
• Pricing: Prices for our sessions are outlined on our Pricing Page. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes to pricing will be posted on our website, and the new prices will apply to future bookings.
• Session Booking: By booking a session, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Booking and Payment sections.

3. Payment and Refunds

• Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept payment via credit, PayPal, and cash.
• Refunds and Cancellations:
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to forfeit of the session fee.
  • Refunds: We offer refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, minus any applicable fees.
  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for a session without prior notice, the session fee will not be refunded, and you will not be able to reschedule.

4. Use of Our Website and Services

• Permitted Use: You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.
• Prohibited Use: You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
  • Distributing harmful or malicious content

5. Liability

• Assumption of Risk: By attending our sessions, you acknowledge and assume any and all risks associated with participation, including injury or harm to yourself or your child. You agree to release Tiny Tunes Collective and its employees from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the session.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Tunes Collective’s liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services or website is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Photo and Media Release

By attending our sessions, you consent to the recording of your child’s image or voice in photos or videos. These media may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and marketing materials. If you do not wish for your child’s image or voice to be used, please notify us in writing.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
